Fraunhofer ISIT offers its services to enterprises in diverse branches, e. g. medical technology, Information and Communication Technology, automotive engineering, industrial electronics.

Industrial customers of ISIT specify their requirements regarding the needed components and systems. In close collaboration with the client, ISIT´s engineers design, simulate and build components, systems and assembly processes. ISIT pursues the concept of technology platforms, i. e. definition of assembly processes which can be used for a large group of component types, without necessitating changes, solely by change of the design. This modular technology concept is the key for offering competitive prices to the customers.
